Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was situated perfectly, with a superb location near Westbahnhof, surrounded by an abundance of bars and restaurants. The rooms were very quiet, clean, and a nice size, providing a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience was reasonable but not up to a four-star standard. The staff were particularly helpful and kind, offering exceptional service throughout our stay.
I stayed on the 7th floor, close to the air-conditioning bodies. The rooms were clean, but I couldn't get wifi in the bedroom at all. I would recommend the hotel to change the coffee provided. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast experience was top-notch. The location was very good, just a stone's throw away from the Metro and Trams. The dining experience was okay, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and a choice of breads, but I wished there was more choice available. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, although a bit dirty initially. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was fantastic, especially for exploring the city. The dining options were simple but enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable hotel with good value for money.
Stayed at the hotel and it was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit outdated with old glass that needs renovations, although the shower was good and the beds were comfy. However, there were some sharp picture frames sticking out that caused a minor accident. The service ranged from functional at best to rude at worst, but there were instances of courteous and very helpful staff that stood out. The location was convenient, close to tour buses and transport options, but the service for tourist activities lacked detailed instructions. The dining was average with a continental selection, while the facilities were standard.
The hotel provided a quiet and clean room, lovely size, but with sharp picture frames that posed a risk. The service was notably helpful and kind. The location was convenient for exploring Budapest. The dining options were limited, leaning more towards fruit. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
The hotel offered good rooms, although a bit noisy, and provided everything we needed. The service was polite and helpful overall. The location was convenient for walking to major attractions but further from the center than expected. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of breakfast options. However, the spread was limited, and certain staff seemed unfriendly. On the positive side, the hotel was well-equipped with facilities.
